Hi,My name is Deepa Vora.i have made bookings through ibibo.com at Sai palace grand Malad Mumbai on 21st january.i paid for that rs.3428They had alloted room no 604..which is just down to the rooftop ..at that time some Sangeet function was going on due to that los of disturbances I faced…lateron they changed it to room no.504 but same problem continues …I couldn’t sleep whole night due to noise pollutionThe front desk person Mr.Richard ignore that complaint of mine.he is very rude & used very obscene language to me…as a woman which is not acceptable to meI have comlained same about customer careMr.Gurubansh & Sanjeev Kumar talked to me from last 6 days…but they are not taking any action instead they are taking side of Mr. Richard.without my permission they have closed the complainant.i am attaching the proofI am requesting Mr.ceo to listen the recordings of my call from customer care he comes to know how rude is MrRichard .mr.grubansh & Sanjeev Kumar who are from ibibo doing favour of himThis is the first time I have booked from ibiboBut my experience is worst & customer support team is not helping usI am expecting fair reply from Mr CEo& What is happened to me will not happen to any girls in future.
