Hi,
I had Booked an Hotel room on 7th October. Booking ID: UAOW5647 & Booking ID: BE2H5755. I paid the initial booking amount and a full amount of Rs. 1251. I went to the hotel and I was informed that there were no rooms available as OYO has overbooked. I requested for cancellation and I only got back Rs 556 back. I neither got the room nor my full money back. The customer service number of OYO does not provide any assistance.
