The amount of 7321.70 was paid by me by means of paytm and idfc first bank both the payment were debited and also the banking partner that finance me that amount shows it as cleared and 0 dues but Flipkart is not updating that payment in their app the customer SERVICE just says to wait by waiting it’s been six days and there is no change in their system and now asking for more time by adding late fine to my account. I have cleared the dues and after that they are forcing to clear this again . By making multiple calls per day . Please sugges some way to get rid of this . I have given them all the proof of that payment and deduct.
