Respected sir,
Today I visited a My Jio Store to have my lost sim removed. Unfortunately, the process took some time and when I had to pay for it, I realized that I didn’t have any change of Rs 50. However, I offered them a UPI payment or Rs 500 cash from which they could give me back the change.
I denied to take their torn note, so they began to aggressively talk to me, compelling me to leave. I asked them where I could go in order to get my change back as they weren’t willing to accept the UPI payment either.
Around 3-4, people came up to me in an unpleasant manner while I was at the store. Three of them were wearing store dresses, while the one without attire started shouting and addressing me with mockery. Among them was a man named Vikas.
Kindly take the necessary measures to ensure that this does not occur with any other customers.
