I ordered 2 cargo pants from Fashion Bonanza. Myshopline.com on 9th September 2023.But i got wrong product on 16th September 2023. It was dirty and used. I enquired them. They misbehaved and not given proper reply

I had raised the 7 pair of shorts but I got wrong and filthy two shirt product. which is doing fault business. their customer care and email address also wrong and not answering.
Same happened with me today, received the parcel with 2 filthy torn shirts instead of Cargo pants.
Getting no details of the seller anywhere to complaint and return the dirty parcel. Regretting why I made such a mistake by going through this Fake site
