I ordered y2k trending utility skirt in black – “m” from Littlebox India on 25th March 2025. Order number #1033997 . However, upon receiving my package today, I discovered that the product delivered was incorrect. I got the size “XS” When I attempted to check my order history on the website, I found that my order was missing from my profile. Due to this issue, I am unable to raise a return or exchange request through their portal.
To resolve this matter, I made multiple attempts to contact Littlebox India through their official communication channels, including email, WhatsApp, and phone. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response. Additionally, I tried reaching out via their social media platforms, but my concerns were ignored, leaving me with no way to address the issue directly with the company.
Given the inconvenience and lack of support, I request either a full refund or a correct replacement of my order. Furthermore, I seek compensation for the distress caused due to the company’s poor customer service and failure to resolve my complaint in a timely manner.
