Text of Complaint by Nikhil Chauhan:

I had an airtel broadband connection at my home on August 21 ,2019 i has placed a request to disconnect the connection i paid the bill for July and August, i was told my billing has been stopped and i had disconnected the router  but i am still getting the bill when i call airtel they put me on long hold and say the request is cancelled for disconnection but i never called them to reactivate the connection please help
