I purchased a gaming chair from dark Dott and they are not responding to messages and I thought it is fake one so I would like to have a full refund

The same has happened with me. They dont even have a site now. What a fraud! I hope he never benefits with all the stolen money and broken trust
I beena Mehta ordered a sweeping mop for Rs. 440/ n paid on.line. Requested them to despatch my order, but mails are shooting back with reply no such company. How can we trace this fraud
