On 30th september, 2023, i placed an order for a dress on sicsx.myshopify.com and opted for Cash on Delivery. On 3rd oct, 2023 a package was delivered to me for which i paid rs1500. However, it turned out be a oversized men tshirt and not what i had ordered. Theso called Bluedart courier co is refusing to take it back infact the parcel is not opened as it was little teared from which it was visible that it is sumthing like tshirt.There was no help provided to us by Bluedart also.
