I ordered a pair of slippers. And the slippers which were delivered was not what I ordered. They are fake cheap slippers worth not even 100 rupees. And I paid 2000 rupees for them. I have asked for a refund. But no action has been taken from their side.

I got scammed, too. I ordered Balmain “Neoprene and leather Unicorn low-top sneakers” and have received a completely different product from Mahadev Enterprises. The product I received was not even worth 100rs. Was planning to mail them but on seeing your responses, it seems like my money is gone.
