I ordered a LOGITECH G502 mouse from amazon order id 407-6368370-2666729.
When i opened the parcel the box was not seal packed, it was damaged and when i opened it, the mouse was used and serial number of box and the mouse also mismatched. When i ordered a replacement the delivery guy refused to accept it because of the serial numbers mismatched… its not a small amount that i paid. Its Rs.3795, i want a replacement or refund of my order.
I am old customer of amazon and i order so many things from there. And this time i am really disappointed.
Please solve my problem
