Dear Sir/ma’am,
I ordered ASICS Mens GT-1000 12 – French Blue/Bright Orange Running Shoes, UK – 6 and it was delivered on 14 Nov 2013 . But when I open that box I seen I got different product from same company so that time I called to amazon customer service and I told them all thinks whatever I got but they said please wait let me check details they asked me that received shoes photo and every details and I sent them .
so on that time amazon customer service had created return and they pick up on 21 Nov 2023 . and I waited return when my item reached to amazon return center on 27 Nov 2023. And I was waiting for my refund but after 6 days when I checked my amazon account and I seen refund issue error was there showing . So regarding that I called to amazon customer service and they put my complaint on investigation for 3 days and after 3 days they said sorry we can not refund you money because they said I sent wrong product but I sent Same which i received from amazon.
this is the all matter I request to you please consider my complaint on priority basis and give me solution as soon as possible
