I ordered Asus flip Chromebook (4gb/64gb) EMMC storage C214MA-BUO452, but I got (4gb/32gb) EMMC storage of model C214MA-BUO704 of 32 gb storage on 6th September. I got wrong varient of the same product.
After delivery I tried to replace the product but seller doesn’t provide the replacement so I requested return and refund for my product. I raised the refund request on 7 September and provided all the documents and photos to the Flipkart in refund request section after one days the request get cancelled. I again raised the refund request followed same procedure but again my refund request got cancelled. After 1 day I contact Flipkart customer care and tell them my issue they raised the complaint from their side and again I follow the same procedure uploading the photos and doing all the procedures but my refund request cancelled again after 2 day.
Your return request process now becomes mental harassment to me.
I got frustrated I called at senior desk again raised my refund request from their side and told it will be at hight priority so that it will resolved earliest. But again my request got cancelled this time customer care said that verification team is not accepting you request we cannot do any more but it is rediculous my refund request cancelled 5 times and no one is giving any resolution and no one taking responsibility to solve my problem. All its happend from seller side. Seller send me the wrong product and now you are solving my issue. It’s had been more than 7-8 days from 6th September to 13 September I complaint daily and talk to customer care daily still no improvement in my refund request.
I want my refund back!
