I have order my item consists of JBL Charge 3 bluetooth speaker and TWS mini ear pod FREE, but what i receives is not JBL product nor the ear pod is as stated in the order. I have paid my money online. So, i have try to called for customer care for complaint but could not connect as it was always busy. So i would want to return back the item so that i could get back my money.
