I brought the TV from flipkart but I received a defective piece , for assurance purpose they have asked job sheet from samsung which we got job sheet from samsung service agent and that we submitted to flipkart , then also they are lagging my problem. i opted for replacement or refund but they are delaying day by day for proof i am submitting job sheet which i got from samsung service agent . more over if needed additional proofs i recorded everything if needed i can submit audio and video files aswell
