I ordered acer Core i7 8th Gen – (8 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home) Z2-485 Thin and Light Laptop (14 inch, Black, 1.8 Kg) from flipkart as I get this product working so slow takes too much time to open apps and process. I applied for replacement which rejected by flipkart and then again I applied . flipkart called me and said that I get my refund in my bank account.now as I contact then then are not helping me and saying we didn’t said to give you refund. I have proof which I upload with this
