I got blocked on Paytm and prevented to order anything from paytm. My brother bought headphone with his contact first time on paytm. He ordered blue colour but it was red when package was opened. So he refunded that. After successful return he didn’t get refund. And the report showing that refunded. And I’ve tried to call costumer care but i can’t even place a call. Whenever i tries to call . Before getting connect it disconnected. Each time i face this problem.
