Hi,
Recently, I ordered a two piece arrow suit (order id OD123434385231363000 ) from Flipkart on 21/11/2021 I was being apprised that the item will be delivered to me by 25/11/2021

However, I have received my item and when I checked I found out that trouser is missing from package. In last couples of days I raised many request for the issue of missing item and ekart guy reject my pickup without visiting my delivery address after several companies finally ekart guy picked up the item but in my account it’s still no update about pick up and there is neither any refund credited to my account nor exchanged the item after a while i got the message of pickup reject from the Flipkart while my package still with the ekart guy. When i call him his behaviour was not correct .
therefore, i would request you to provide me the status of my order. and take a suitable action on responsible person .Also, I would like to know, when can I expect my item to be replaced and delivered to me. I would like you to escalate my request to the higher priority.
