Hello Sir,
I ordered a Nothing Phone 1 on 24th June 2023 and it got delivered on 25th June 2023. The phone was ok for an hour. The phone then stopped functioning properly as the display went black. The display now doesnt turn on and it is always black. We then called the flipkart and filed a complaint. We were promised that we will receive a flipkart agent to check the phone condition and replace it with a new phone. We requested a refund but the flipkart executives were too rude to answer our call. They informed us that they arent ready for a refund as it is against their policy. If Refund is against their policy, isnt it against their policy to sell a defective piece for 30 thousand
