Dear sir,
This is my first worst experience with Amazon delivery. I got a mobile charger in a packet of ear buds.
I called customer care five times about my replacement of my product but there is nothing happened from there side. They disconnect my calls everytime.
I ordered Infinity Harman (JBL) Swing earbuds from Amazon at amount ₹2199/-. I got my order on 16 Jun 2022. In which, I got black colour mobile charger inspite of ear buds. Instantly I take photographs of all the products and called customer care. But there is no response coming from there side.
I feel so bad while seeing all this. I want my product back or rather my refund in my account. I am not happy with amazon delivery and services.
I don’t want to buy any of your products anymore. Please replace my product as soon as possible.
