I ordered 2xPlain Briyani, 1xChicken 65 and 1xVeg Soup from the same restaurant in swiggy but I found a insect in that soup. I claimed swiggy for the whole amount of the order but swiggy customer executives are saying that they will only provide Rs.97/- even though the price of the soup was Rs.105/- but I said I am afraid to eat the other foods also because of the soup’s quality and every food was from the same restaurant. But they are refusing to refund the whole money.
