I am Subham Patre from Odisha, My complaint is about cancellation of cource & refund the amount of EMI Loan. I Filled this complain because i didn’t get proper solution on my queries They just wasting my time adding the mandatory cources and neglecting my queries. On Sept 15 2022 i entrolled this Courese Post graduation program in Embedded systers fore Ev Applications.

I received a call from one of the skill-lyn Employe Sidhart shaw, He told me join this Course just paying 5000/- Rs and after month of gape you paid 6819/- Every month till 11 month because He sold me that coure at price 1.5 Lakh Rupees. I told him i have financial issues i’m the only person who earned in my family so-i could not Purchase your course, He Told me you only need to pay for three month after complition mandatory course we will provide Stipend of 10000/- & he Promised me you got a job undore 3/4 monts trust me, if any problem you facing i am here with you till you got a job you just quit any job you do right now and gave youre maximum time to this course. As he told I quit my job & Daily i spend up to 6/8 HR FOR the cource. AT the time of joining He and his manger Processed all my loan process through Remote Access at Firstly They told me kindly adjust 5000/- Rs fore book your Course. I told him i need 2 to 3 days I dont have money right now He forcing me emotionally again & again. The next day He call me again and Start the process for loan unfortunately I Paid that 5k and also they told me you got a call froom EDVANZ (which is load prooviding company) and they verified you after verifying they process your loan at that time I told him again I need at least 2 month for starting the emi he said ok but the emi is debited after 20 days I purchased.

Till now i payed Rs 66371/- i am facing so much issue in their course. The concept of the course, content of the course is worst at the price of 1.5lac & i Facing Server issue a lot they didn’t clear my doubt at most of the time I completed 70% course in between 3month on December month I didn’t attend the course because of some issue on my laptop, I request to skill-lync to pause the course untill my laptop problem was not got solved but they refused. When I contact with Akshay (who sale this course to me) His contact is not connected and he quit her job. After on March month I got my laptop means December to march month I paid unnecessarilly & Borrowed the money from my friends and relatives. Now they just added more videos more courses in mandatory course. Till now I borrowed to much money I can’t pay anymore so I decided to quit the course. Many time i raised a ticket in skill-lync for cancellation the the course, they just requesting me to not cancellation course it is job gurantee program you got a job, lifetime access, etc. I cant Pay EMI’S anymore and don’t want to continue the course , kindly cancle this course immediately and refund as soon as possible.
