Last day (22-06-2022) I bought a One Plus Bluetooth headset from Flipkart. It was 7.45pm when it was delivered. When I opened the box I saw that the product did not look new and there were some problems … there was no volume button and the battery was not even 20% … I tried to fully charge it .. but it runs out of charge very quickly .. the company claims it has 20 hours battery backup. I’m going to get it … I’m not even getting a quarter of it …. and I miss its accessory earpiece …. When I returned once 23-06-2022 it came up with a technical visit and was rejected … I returned the same day .. I do not see any return option other than technical visit … I am not satisfied with this product at all … I do not need this product … I have my money back … I am not ready for a replacement anymore ….
