iam using airtel no more then 10 years but now the sim is not working last one weak, so i want to go to airtel office nellore, ask for new sim they are told me this is not you, this no is registered on some other person name how is it possible, i am give my id proofs photogrph at time of sim purchage, how to change this id, who is responsible, any way i want getback my number 9949242987.
