Am ordered a product ( Trisha mart latest babies piano play gym kit) from Flipkart on 3rd February 2021. And delivered on 13th feb 2021. But the problem is that I don’t get the product I intended. I get low price product instead of that. Then I request replacement. Then they assure pickup will be 22nd feb 2021 and new product will be delivered before 3 rd of March 2021. At the date of 22nd no one has come to pick up product. And I got a message saying that they accept my return cancellation request. This is Howw?? I don’t give any cancellation request. Then I realize I was stuck. Then I contact again customer support team then I ask to want my money back. Then they assured me again that they would give me the refund within a week. And also said would arrive a message on 26th Feb 2021 at 1:23pm . But no one called me. What can I do. I want my money back. How may times do I have call them to get my money back. They cheated me ??‍♀️
