Hello sir, today at 9:58 i done my recharge of rs. 598 using your “airtel thanks recharge” app, in which i got offer of rs. 50 discount, when I processed the recharge using UPI payment method then payment is deducted of rs. 548, but not reflecting in the recharge process.

I again done this recharge at 10:33 then again my RS. 548 deducted but not process the recharge. Will you please refunded my money of RS. 1096.

Here is the mob number and transactions I’d details.

1st payment

 

“Your a/c no. XXXXXXXX1496 is debited for Rs. 548.00 on 14-04-20 09:58:37 (UPI Ref no 010509275509)”

 

2nd payment

 

Your a/c no. XXXXXXXX1496 is debited for Rs. 548.00 on 14-04-20 10:33:22 (UPI Ref no 010520867793).

 

Kindly resolve and refund my money as soon as possible.
