I have ordered 5 L oil with that they say 1 L oil pouch is free, but I didn’t get that. I just asked the report just went back to the store and just asked them. They said provide the free pouch and he came back to my house and told they are not giving, so I just told him to wait, till I speak with supporting to, he waited for 10 minutes. After that, he got a call and he just told so it’s finished. I’m just leaving, but I didn’t accept the order after he left here. The Swiggy support team marked as delivered. I didn’t for that, so I just texted the support team , I have been waited in chat for two and half hours, but I didn’t get any confirmation. I didn’t get any proper resolution from them.
