I placed an order sale-bazar.com (Big Bazar), for LG 123 cm (49’) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Television (Order no: 438169 Dated: 4-01-2021, Verification form filled on 17-02-2021) and Mobile, New Nova 7 GB Pro 64 GB ROM (Order no: 539615 Dated: 2-02-2021, Verification form filled on 3-03-2021). I paid fully as mentioned in the ad. I also received a payment confirmation through SMS which said your order is being processed. After some days I try to contact the sale –Bazar Mobile no and he said it will take time from custom clearance. I waited and again and again telephone him about my products. He told me to contact fast box delivery. I contacted him on phone and mails more than 100 times. He only reply our backend team will call or mail you. He then blocked my mobile no and my family members and my email too. Their telephone numbers are not working. I am still unable to contact them. How can I get my product or money back? Kindly help in this regards. Screen short of the acknowledgement of my payment is attached herewith.
