My name is Vinay Kumar B
On march 25th 2023 i have ordered a Comfy Bean XXXL Lazy Sack Teardrop Bean Bag With Bean Filling , But on 18th April i got notification as delivered in app it’s showing on 16th April at 11: 59 PM midnight they delivered the product to me but i didn’t receive the SMS and I didn’t get 1 call from delivery executive.
Than i contacted customer care they said product went back to seller we will resolve the ASAP but till now my issue is not resolved.
From Flipkart customer care contacted me they are suggesting take a refund but I informed them I need my product but they not ready give my product what i have ordered.
