Text of Complaint by SUBRAT BISWAL:

On 13th May 2022 i had booked Hotel Aria, Kolkata from oyo rooms. After i reached there my booking was denied so i called Oyo customer care and they cancelled my booking stating that i will receive the refund within 7 to 14 days. Its already 25 days and i still dint receive the amount. Tried calling Oyo several times but they are a fraud company they always disconnect your call orelse they dont pick up. I am fedup with Oyo. It was a great mistake to trust these fraudsters. I would request all to boycott Oyo and never book a hotel from this app. I NEED MY REFUND ASAP
