Text of Complaint by Sandeep Kumar:

I ordered six wallpaper items, but I only received one. I contacted the Meesho support team, and they instructed me to add a bank account to resolve the issue. This seemed suspicious to me because I had paid through a credit card, and they were asking me to add a bank account. Nevertheless, I added a bank account on February 20th, and they sent me an email to wait until March 2nd.

However, I only received a refund for one item on my credit card, and four item refunds are still missing. I am confused because if they refunded to my credit card, why did Meesho ask me to add my bank account? I suspect they are attempting a scam through bank accounts.

I contacted them again for the four-item refund, and they asked me to wait until March 10th, which is frustrating. However, even after March 10th, I did not receive any refund in my bank account, and they are still claiming that they have refunded me through my bank account.

So, I want to make a complaint against Meesho regarding the refund amount and mental harassment.
