Apart from the popular 1.5GB/day plan of Airtel, I had paid for an additional 12GB internet data pack. As of today (July 3) early morning, when I checked on Airtel Thanks app, I had the usual 1.5GB data and 3.2GB data leftover from the 12GB data pack at my disposal, adding up to 4.7GB.
But after using 3.16GB (as per my phone’s data usage statistics), Airtel Thanks app says I have run out of data. I would like to know how I lost the remaining ~1.5GB of internet data, which I have paid for.
