I have ordered a dress for me and my baby on Feb 10.They told me that it will be delivered by March 5.Its over 2 months and no replies nothing.I paid 2199 for the dress.Plz contact them and try to deliver my product or else refund my cash.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the lack of response and failure to deliver my dress for which I made payment on 3-12-2023 worth of 1088 form everything under 1k Instagram page . Meenu raj and Arjun k mani, Despite multiple attempts to contact you I have received no response or resolution to my inquiry..
Same happened to me also…I send 100+ voice messages in both their pages everything under 1k and d couple online couture..At last they respond like i have done smthg wrng with them..Owner Arjun k Raj attitude was really bad and irritating..They replied that I defamed them..At last after 2 months continous message and voice note i received my prdct today…
Try to contact them in d couple online couture..message them daily..Its our money so keep trying or message them frm other id…they will respond..
They dont have any ethics and manners and they dnt value others time and money..
