I have a pending refund from 25th of July for OrderId: 15956705519053795M.
When i call them they say we have processed the refund but when i ask them the transaction id they never have it because refund has not been processed yet and since 26th july i have lodge around 20-25 complaints but everytime they say we will resolve it and one of our customer executive will call you within 24hrs but i never got any help or call from them in past 2 months.
