Text of Complaint by Imrana Khan:

I got a call regarding the delivery of the product and I asked the delivery agent(phone number 8099237182) to cancel my order due to some reasons. It’s a prepaid order. Upon checking my MEESHO app it showed the product is delivered. Also I didn’t receive any otp as it was necessary for a prepaid order. The delivery agent marked the product delivered from his side and lied that he cancelled it. Now I didn’t even got my refund nor did I receive my product. I ordered 4 products in total and this happened for all the 4 orders. First one on 3rd November, second on 4th November, third and fourth on 6th of November.
