I didn’t reacharge my jio number from 10-15 days. Jio executive gave a thread call to my 60 years old mom from 10 days. They told her if she do not reacharge her number before 12 midnight they will cut the connection and they send her in jio customer center to fix the connection again. I know that’s a policy of TRAI ,but it is not necessary to call any customer around 10 days daily and they have no right to gave threat. I told them ok I will manage the problem give me some more time,but they called my mom everyday. They have no rules. They only complete their daily target to giving call to the customers. When I told them ok I will manage this then the matter is in my hand ,why they take as personal?
