I bought a smartwatch from Noise Official website on 27 Jan, 2024. I got the delivery of that product. After unboxing, i came to know that smartwatch is restarting automatically every minute. I registered a complain to Noise brand from there official site. They picked up the product and after 15 days they shipped my product via BlueDart. Now bluedart has delivered my product yet and showing the status that product is delivered. Now who is responsible for this? Where can i get my smartwatch or redund for the same.
