I didn’t got refund , I booked movie tickets on 26 Feb and 564rs has been debited from my bank account but transaction ha s been failed ,today 15 days completed for that issue but I didn’t got refund .Then I contacted to paytm care they said to contact sbi but sbi care says to contact praytn ,i got suffered from this. My transection order id is 7175818932
I uploaded my bank statement for proof that balance has been deducted on 26th Feb but till that balance has not credited.
