I merchant account holder at paytm with name akshay malhotra customer paid me rs 1500 using paytm actually click the refund button at that time and refund got intiated after that i asked customer care for details of customer they deny it for giving information i also said that atleast u can inform my customer they deny this also pls help me regarding this
