I had booked ticket from IRCTC through zaakpay gateway on 29th January PNR No. 6346522207 Transaction Id. 100002550693978. After that for some reason I cancelled my ticket on 01/04/2021 . IRCTC initiated refund on 06/04/2021 but I didn’t get refund until now.
