First I have ordered puma shoes due to size issues I have returned it . Everything was fine until then suddenly everything disappeared from the app i.e refund tracking . So I made a call to enquire about that , they said that they received non-ajio product from our side but I have sent the same shoes which I received and explained the same to them they said that they will again reship the product to me check whether it is the same product which I have returned or not . I received the product and itsnt the same which I have returned it has been changed and I informed regarding that to ajio . They said that they will collect the reshipped product from me and refund the amount to me . But months passed they didn’t give me my refund back , so I made a call and they said they will are investigating on the issue and it will be completed within 2 days but they kept on prolonging for nearly 4 months with the same dailouge and by last they said that they won’t initiate my refund . I didn’t understand what’s wrong . They are saying that I have returned them non-ajio product but I sent the original product only . I even asked them to clarify with the delivery guy also but they are just ignoring me . Even if I make a call to enquire about that they are ending my call without any clarification.
