I’ve made a prepaid booking on July 1 -2 and due to some issues I’ve cancelled my booking in time to get 100% refund, it’s been 25 days I haven’t received any refund. I tried calling to support team but call is getting connected to booking team and if I ask for refund they said I’ll transfer to support team then call got disconnected, this happened more than 15 times.
