I have ordered Sony MBA-XB450AP On 27th September but I got a damaged one.. Next day only I was returned that on 28th …. But they given the time of 7-14days, but still u didn’t get the refund money.
When I asked them through paytm customer service 24×7 by chat messages, they used tell wait 2-3 days… (This is the same dialogue telling by the paytm) when I used to call paytm customer service number they will not respond properly they will tell wait for few minutes our customer executive vl talk to u…. And later they vl cut the call…. They used to hold my call for 30mins and later they will cut it. I’m really fed of with paytm.. Their negligence towards customers were horrible.. I never had a worst experience like this
And 2 days back they have blocked all my messages.. And they r misleading the customers.
I hope u ppl vl take this issue as serious and solve the problem as soon as possible….. I’m waiting for your reply…
