I ordered Amazfit GTS 2 mini (New Version) smart watch on Amazfit website at 10.08.2022. Order ID is 31460. my order is still pending and I also called their customer care many times but they are not responding. I also paid money of 5799/-.

same thing happened to me as well, I have ordered watch Gts mini 2 new version on march 2 2023 still I didn’t get the watch, customer care number I have called more than 100 times but no body picked the call
can you please let me know did u get the watch or refund anything ,it will help me
