I recharged my phone on 01-01-2019 by 199 rupeees. In my offers section of my phone showed that I will get 1.5 GB data for 28 days and 5 GB add on balance extra…. The add on balance wasn’t credited in my account till now. I have tried so many time for the solution but every customer service executive didn’t give me solution.Last time I talk to a customer service executive and he told me that do whatever you want,we are not going to give you the data. The behaviour of airtel exicutives was not good as you can hear the recorded call. Sir please help me to get the add on balance in my account ASAP and make the customer satisfied.thank you
