I didn’t get cashback Rs.40 after RECHARGE of 598 on 25th may 2020 [CASE:5922627] (# 5957825)
I got Recharged my Airtel No 8867688129 on 25th May 2020 Rs.598.00 (84dys/1.5gbDaily/unlimited calling) from Airtel Wallet. as they said RS.40 will be cashback! but till they hvnt yet given cashback!
I waited for 4,5 days but didn’t get. I called the Airtel Customer care on 198, 400 but nobody taking care, very poor response. for airtel Payment Bank and emailed (wecare@airtelbank.com) since 1 week, they assured about cashback after 3 working days but nothing done!
after that also irresponsible reponse.
