I booked the travel ticket in redbus for pune to hyd journey on 11 th aug 2022 for orange tours, it got around 4 hours delayed and kept delaying, no driver or conductor contact no they provided,or no customer support from orange tours or redbus. The bus was on 7.45 & till 11.34 they didn’t came or informed via call.due to this i faced lot of mental stress nd waste of my time nd money
