My ordered did not delivered to me but status showing as delivered and even i raised compliant for this with Swiggy customer case and he tired to call the delivery partner for more than two times but no response from him. It is already 10:30 PM when i tried to order it from zomato that hotel got closed and did not booked any other order later.
I was expected from swiggy they will re-order it for me and send it because of customer case it got late for to order something from other hotels aswell. They are ready to refund it to wallet what is use of it when everyone in my home is hungry and waited for order so denied for refund and want to file complaint for this.
