Text of Complaint by Santhosh L:

I had ordered food in swiggy on 20.01.2023 (order no.157304872115) from the restaurant (chicking). I had ordered 3 items but I received 2 items only. The rapid booster burger was missing. I have immediately complained in swiggy helpline but they didn’t deliver the missing item or refunded the amount of Rs. 149. Due to this issue I have suffered without food and also they cheated by taking my money and not delivering the item. They are refusing to refund the money also. I request you to take my complaint against them.
