Text of Complaint by Jawaharlal Bhukya:

I ordered a mobile from Flipkart on 26th September 2022, but today is the 17th of October, yet they haven’t delivered my order to me and are giving delivery confirmation notifications. when I called customer care, they gave silly excuses to wait for 24 hr, and our team was working, etc.
My order id for Flipkart is OD126106416981000000.
Please look into the matter, I am under a lot of duress. I want Flipkart to compensate for the damages they caused me, like mental harassment and falsified information on tracking my order which they call a glitch, but it should happen. They need to learn from their mistake and pay for them.
